today morning jus eat a slice of bread and go off for NCC training . today got new sir came he was ver fiers when training but very gud after training so today we got pt so we change to haft u together and run to fall in and do but i feel very weird when i was running and i get very very giddy at all of the sudden so i report sick and rest for awhile but i return to do the chin up and do a lot of thing ( DON THING NCC IS THOUGHT IT COULD BULD UP UR DISCIPLIN AND UR STRENGHT)
